Missing records, duplicate IDs and inconsistent values deserve a closer look. They don’t automatically mean lost revenue or unauthorized access.

Nothing here changes subscriptions, customer access or billing. CSV contents are read in this tab and are not sent to the application’s server. Clear files or close the tab to discard the working data.

Limits and data handling

Both exports need the same column names for the fields you compare. Up to 1 MiB per file, 5,000 records, 50 columns and 8,192 characters per cell. Dates use YYYY-MM-DD. Duplicate IDs are reported and are never automatically paired. Amount checks use an absolute decimal tolerance.

The free comparison tool adds no analytics or advertising scripts and does not store your CSV contents. Account and pilot-interest records are described in the privacy notice. The hosting provider may process normal connection and access information. Do not include credentials or unnecessary personal data. Downloaded reports remain your responsibility.

Header-only files can be compared but contain no business records. A check without exceptions does not certify that either source is complete or correct.
